I. ARTWORK
I reserve the right to refuse any service. If I am not comfortable with the commission, I will deny it. I will not share any personal information provided by the client.

I will not draw mech or furries. I am fine with animals and kemonomimi (humans with animal-like features, such as ears and tails). Nude is acceptable, however sexualized activity is prohibited.

All commissioned art drawn by me may not be reposted, downloaded, used, produced, copied, defaced, or edited by third-party users without consent from the client. Once the client receives the discussed artwork, the client may not use the artwork for any commercial or profitable uses unless the client paid the commercial fee. The client must credit me in the first line if the commissioned artwork is posted on social media.

Any artwork created for an art trade, collaboration, or giveaway may only be used for personal uses.

Commercial rights fee only apply to digital illustrations (excluding Twitch emotes and loyalty badges). If the client wishes to use the artwork for commercial uses, it will cost 3x the total price before discounts. You may not use traditional artwork for commercial uses. eg. portrait: $40 x 3 = $120

Commercial rights includes the use of any reproduction or purpose to promote, market, or advertise a service that involves a financial transation. These are probably the most common commercial uses that will be applied to my artwork. If you are not sure if your intended use is commercial under my standards, you may ask for confirmation.
   • creating or designing PHYSICAL products out of my artwork
   • creating or rebranding businesses using my artwork (banners, graphics, or logos for content creation, businesses, etc.)

If the client purchases commercial rights, the client may not resell the original files that was given. The client may not sell any DIGITAL products out of my artwork, it must be PHYSICAL. The client is not required to list me on their product line, but I would highly appreciate it.

I reserve the right to use and repost commissioned artwork for personal uses only. I reserve the right to every product I create and will be allowed to make products out of commissioned artwork with the client's consent.

The client is required to provide their e-mail. Digital pieces will be sent as a  folder to the client's e-mail. Each component in the file will be named. This is the best way to preserve the quality of the images.

Traditional artwork will be safely mailed to the client from the United States of America (USA). Once I send the order to the shipping store, I will provide the client with a tracking ID. I will be using UPS to ship artwork. For traditional mediums, the options available are charcoal, oils, and watercolor. All traditional works will include a Certificate of Authentication.

II. PAYMENT
All payments will be paid through PayPal in United States Dollars (USD).
Please note that PayPal automatically converts USD to other currencies. Other forms of payment will most likely be declined. To avoid complications, I will send an invoice to your PayPal, which ensures buyer and seller protection.

The client must pay half the price up front as a deposit. When the payment is processed, I start with the commission. The client may pay in full at any time, since there will only be one invoice. There will also be an option to include tips in the invoice.

The client may negotiate the price.

Depending on the demand, if the client would like to rush the commission, there will be a 30% rush fee of the commission order.

All shipments of traditional artwork will have shipping charges. The shipping rate will depend on the size of the package. The minimum shipping fee I will charge is $15. If the client received damaged traditional artwork, please send me a message regarding the issue.

All commissions will include the service fee from PayPal. The tax rate for the United States of America (USA) residents is 3.49% + $0.49. The tax rate for international payments is 4.99% + $0.49. I will automatically include the international tax rate. If you are residing in the United States of America (USA) and do not wish to pay international tax, you must inform me so I can change the tax rate in your invoice. I will not ask or search which country you reside in you must tell me.

Refund Policy
1. The client must contact me if they want to request a refund.
2. Before the commission is finished, the client is allowed to request a full refund for what they paid. Depending on how much I have worked on the commission is how much I will refund.
3. There will be no refunds after the full product has been sent to the provided e-mail.
4. If the client qualifies for a refund, I will refund the amount through the PayPal invoice. For full and partial refunds, Commercial Transaction refunds on PayPal state:

  • If you refund a Commercial Transaction payment, there are no fees to make the refund, but the fees you originally paid to receive the payment are not returned to you.

III. COMMUNICATION
During the commission period, I will show the work in progress. I will always send the sketch. The WIP will be sent to the communication of your choice. The preferred communication method is Discord. Other options are Instagram, Twitter, and e-mail.

If the client want revisions, the client must let me know. I will allow any changes in the sketch. If there are major changes requested after sketching, extra cost will apply (minimum charge $10 for each revision). For traditional works (charcoal/watercolor), changes may only be applied to the sketch.

Failure to communicate may result your commission to be cancelled or declined.

Please understand that I am not a full-time freelance artist and I could be doing other things. The commission could be slowed or delayed. I do not have a specific time frame when the commission will be done, so if the commissioner needs it to be done by a certain day, please state so. I will send an update when I have a sketch, no later than three weeks after the payment has been received.

If the client wants a commission to be rushed, they must inform me for the rushed commission to be valid. There may be a delay of communication before the invoice. If the commission is to inappropriately rushed in any way, I will refund the payment and cancel the commission.

Depending on the commission type, I will accept or decline the rushed commission. I highly discourage rushed commission oil paintings. If the client requires a painting to be rushed, there is a possibility that it will not be completely dry and not be protected during the shipping process.

IV. AVAILABLE WORKS
I will be selling my past traditional works to the public. These are a combination of works that I created during my time in art school and personal works. Buyers who are interested must e-mail me. These are first come first serve in payment. Please visit the Available Works tab under gallery to see what works are available.

My artwork will be available for sale two years after the completion date. If there is a recent artwork that is posted on Instagram, Twitter, or my gallery that you would like to purchase, you may be included in a silent auction. The highest bidder will be able to purchase the artwork after two years. I will not sell artworks before the two-year time frame.

You may negotiate the price. You may also offer a higher price.

If the buyer is in the local area of where I reside, I may request to have the buyer pick up the artwork in a public area or have it hand delivered to their residence by me. It is a better way to transport the artwork, protect the artwork overall, and confirm that I know the buyer received the artwork.

All originals will contain a Certificate of Authentication. Prints will be hand signed on the front or the back if requested.
